Supply Chain managers ensure the quality and cost-efficiency of our operations. Their focus is on maintaining our ERP system, integrations monitoring inventory, and creating processes to guarantee a profitable supply chain strategy. They also analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues and make sure the whole chain is running smoothly.

The growth path of this framework includes data analysis and the development of procedures that guarantee our company's efficiency and cost reduction strategy while securing high-quality materials for our products.

Progression

In order to progress in our development path and Level Up or Step Up, our Supply Chain Managers must:

  • Meet the criteria of the Level & Step Chart for the

  • Demonstrate proficiency in the Supply Chain, Business Development, and Information Security Realms and in the KAI of the framework

Salary Grid

All mentioned salary ranges represent the monthly income in Bulgarian Lev after taxes and deductions.
