Division	Acting as separate entities, divisions are managed by experienced Level 3 or Level 4 managers. Their expertise ensures the smooth functioning of teams and departments, while also providing valuable coaching.
Department	Comprising groups of frameworks divided into teams, departments are the backbone of our organization. Led by Level 2 managers, they oversee team growth and maintain essential documentation.
Team	Teams form the heart of our company. From HR and Operations to various specialized teams, each is managed by a dedicated Level 1 manager, coordinating processes, and a Level 2 manager, driving the team's growth.
