# Training Benefit Policy

#### Policy brief & purpose

To stimulate development and growth within your Framework you are encouraged to attend trainings. This policy explains what are the conditions and requirements for our employees to attend external trainings.

#### Scope

This policy applies to all employees.

#### Policy Elements

The Company pays for the training of employees and the latter shall be obliged:

* Each employee has a training budget of 100 BGN to spend yearly on training, seminars, books or any activity/resource related to their career development. It's up to the employee and manager to agree on how the budget will be spent.
* To be previously addressed in the employee's K-POC
* To work with the company for a term of at least 12 months after the conclusion of the respective training or event;
* Reimburse to the company the respective part of the expenses for the training or the event, if she/he leaves the company or upon the termination of the labor agreement with the employee due to his/her fault prior to the expiration of 12 months.

#### Procedure

* All employees are encouraged to request training participation if they believe it's valuable to LUNR and if it matches the development expected in their Framework.
* Training time off should be logged in BambooHR.

#### Policy Violation

In case this policy is not abode by employees the following actions will be taken:

* Disciplinary action
